This minor is designed to meet the need for a skilled workforce in the Power Engineering disciplines with power generation, transmission, and distibution companies in mind. It is a minor with broad coverage of topics including power systems, electrical machines, and power electronics. Design and analysis are the primary objectives in the course topics.
This minor is not available to students in the B.S. Engineering - Electrical Power concentration.
