The online post-baccalaureate certificate in Innovation Leadership provides development and external validation of innovation leadership skills and application. It addresses skill development at the individual, team/departmental/project, and full organization levels. Small, medium, and large organizations from a wide range of industries and profit orientations have had employees who have gone through this program. Individuals working on graduate degrees; active military members; employees at small, medium, and large organizations; entrepreneurs; and consultants will find the certificate valuable.
Admission Requirements
In addition to the admissions criteria established by the Graduate School, the program also requires the following:
GPA and/or previous degree
An undergraduate degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education, with a 3.0 GPA average on the last 60 hours.
An applicant who has successfully completed a graduate degree previously or who has a letter of recommendation from an employer does not have to meet the undergraduate grade point average requirement.
Transfer of Credits to M.E. program:
If a student desires to complete the Master of Entrepreneurship (M.E.) degree program after completing the certificate program, and the student meets the admission requirements for the M.E. program, the student can apply all applicable credits earned with a grade of B or higher in the certificate program to the M.E. program.
