Total number of hours for the program: 120. The Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management (CM) is designed to provide students with a broad-based knowledge of the construction industry, a solid education, and extensive training in business and management applications. Students can also work with state-of-the-art technology and CM industry-standard software.

Note:
Four courses (Lecture 12 credits) in the major also meet the Liberal Studies requirements: (ECON 231, LAW 412, MATH 170, and PHYS 130). Major Courses (84 hours)
The major requires 84 hours of major courses as follows and 6 hours of technical electives: Technical Electives (6 hours)
Two courses (six hours) of Technical Electives are required. Pick two classes from the following list of pre-approved technical electives: The required internship (CM 483) is completed during the summer before the senior year.
