 The construction management minor is open to non construction management majors. It requires the following 24 hours of courses:

• CM 242 - Estimating I Credits: 3
• CM 342 - Estimating II and Bidding Credits: 3
• CM 362 - Construction Planning and Scheduling Credits: 3
• CM 430 - Construction Legal Aspects Credits: 3
• CM 431 - Construction Project Management Credits: 3
