30 hours of courses at the junior-senior level, taken in no more than one area, selected from painting/drawing, printmaking/book arts, scrulpture, ceramics, graphic design, and photography are required to complete the major.

Electives

General electives (5 hours) are required to complete the program. At least 32 hours taken at WCU must be at the junior-senior level to meet one of the general university degree requirements. To continue in the program, students must earn a grade of C or better in each course in the major.
