The underlying philosophy of the B.S.E.N.T. degree is to give students a foundation in business concepts that can be combined with 18 hours of courses in a discipline-specific area of knowledge in the type of business students would like to start.  The Cognate represents the courses in the discipline-specific area of knowledge.  At least 6 hours must be at the junior-senior level.
