At least 32 hours of the courses taken at WCU must be at the junior-senior level to meet one of the general university degree requirements. Any student interested in Geology should meet with a geology faculty member as soon as possible to assure proper course planning for individual needs. Many courses are NOT offered each semester. Students planning to pursue graduate school should include Math 153, Math 255, one year of Physics, one year of Chemistry and Geology Field camp in the curriculum. Fall Semester (Hours 17)
