DSGN 470 - Design and Disability

This class discusses topics relating to accessibility, disability studies, inclusive design, and design theory. The main portion of the course is dedicated to introducing students to the history of disability activism and how it intersects with the world of design. Students will complete studio projects that expand their knowledge on accessibility and how to best incorporate accessible features into their works.
