CSD 495 - Collaborative Practice in Dementia Care

This course introduces students to the interdisciplinary nature of dementia care and case management. Through participation in a community-based clinical program, students will collaborate with peers and faculty from multiple disciplines to gain practical experience in team-based care. Upon completion, students will be able to describe dementia and its management through an interprofessional and collaborative lens.
