SPAN 300 - Spanish for Heritage Speakers

This course builds upon the existing cultural and linguistic proficiency and experiences of heritage speakers of Spanish. Heritage speakers are students from homes in which Spanish is spoken or students who have had extensive exposure to the language in an informal context. Students will develop an appropriate register for academic and professional settings.

Prerequisites: Permission of department head based on Spanish placement test score and heritage speaker history.
