EE 452 - Electric Machines and Drives

Basic principles of electromechanical energy conversion and power electronics in drives; operational principles of DC and AC machines; torque, speed and position controller concepts for motor drives are introduced.

Prerequisites: Completion of, or concurrent enrollment in EE 333  .
