SOC 371 - Environmental Sociology

This course will familiarize students with sociological approaches to the study of the environment with attention to environmental justice issues in intersection with race, ethnicity, class, and gender. The course will also engage with issues of social change, activism, and climate justice struggles.

Prerequisites: SOC 103 or permission of instructor.
