USI 160 - Strategizing for Success

Using a theory-to-practice approach, the student will explore their identity as a learner, equip themselves with essential tools for academic success, and directly apply these tools to their courses. Students will explore four major units of study: Planning for Your Success, the Foundations of Learning, Building Your Academic Toolbox, and Strategizing for Your Future. Instruction will also emphasize developing noncognitive skills that impact overall success and well-being, adopting a holistic approach to better support the student. 2 Lecture.
