CPE 362 - Embedded Linux An introduction to concepts and techniques needed to design and implement Linux-based real-time operating systems (RTOS). Topics may include the composition of the embedded operating system, hardware characteristics, peripheral control techniques, and system development. The RTOS will include pre-emptive scheduling and fail-safe IO. (3 credit; 3 lecture)
Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in CPE 233 . Credits: 3
