CSD 472 - Aural Rehabilitation

This course explains hearing loss in children and adults; amplification and communication options; assistive technology; and counseling of people with hearing loss and their family members. Upon completing the course, students will demonstrate the ability to reflect on intervention options and procedures to assist those with hearing disorders.

Prerequisites: CSD 450 or permission of instructor.
