CM 424 - Facilities Management

Facility management encompasses multiple disciplines to ensure the functionality of the built environment by integrating people, places, processes, and technology. This course provides an overview of the principal duties of a facility manager and core competencies of the profession, business aspects of facility management, and fundamentals of financial analysis for real estate and income properties. Introduction to emergency management and project delivery is also part of this course.
