HR 660 - Talent Performance & Development

Students will explore the concepts and practices of performance development strategies and processes as well as identify the methods to measure individual results and behaviors in organizations. Students will also analyze the development and improvement of talent within the organization, focusing on talent development strategies and initiatives which are integrated with organizational strategy and bottom-line objectives.
