CHEM 562 - Molecular Bioinformatics

Provides experience in the computer analysis of DNA and protein sequences, interrogating gene bank databases, and predicting protein structures and functions. 2 Lecture, 3 Lab.

Prerequisites: Enrollment in the Chemistry Accelerated B.S./M.S. (ABM) Track with a grade of C- or better in CHEM 361 or BIOL 361 or permission of instructor; or enrollment in the Chemistry MS Program.
